Linen Tower: If your vanity is large enough to have two sinks, one option is a linen tower. A linen tower is going to be a stack of either drawers or cabinets right in between the two sinks. You can put as many or as little shelves as you desire. Let's say you wanted to use it to store towels, you only need two shelves because towels can sit on top of each other. If you want a linen tower to store multiple items such as make-up and larger bottles, you could consider adding some drawers as well as cabinets to fit both needs.
Plumbing Fixtures: I personally think plumbing fixtures are the most entertaining part of your remodel because you can really make them speak to your style. If your goal is to make your bathroom feel larger, consider smaller fixtures. Sinks, toilets, bathtubs, and faucets come in all different shapes and sizes. And even with a smaller faucet or sink your bathroom can be bold and make a statement. If you are nervous because you need to purchase so many fixtures to make your bathroom functional, don't be. You can make it work as long as you are careful when it comes to selecting out your fixtures.
Open Storage Cabinetry: This is certainly going to be a personal taste, but maybe you would want to consider open storage cabinetry when making selections for your bathroom remodel. It will offer just as much storage as closed cabinets, as well as offer a design aesthetic you may be searching for. When you have open storage cabinetry, you create the option of storage boxes! I am a storage box fanatic because if I get tired of the boxes I have, I can always purchase new boxes and BOOM a whole new look! Storage boxes can be purchased from any retailer or even online, and come in any style from rustic to modern.
Do not fear! There is always a storage solution, and the ones I listed out for you are just a few of the options. Remodels can be nerve-racking, especially if you are worried about making the right decisions for yourself. Have an awesome storage ideas you want to share? I'd love to hear them!
Till next time,
