So let me talk to you a little bit about the kitchen selections the client decided to go with. That way if you love this kitchen, and it is time for you to remodel your own kitchen, you have some sort of direction to go in.
So most of the time I start with the cabinets because that is what pops out first. The cabinets are from our Wellborn Line, and they are Millbrook Square Sable Maple. Let me break that down for you:
- Millbrook Square: The actual door style. Most often door styles come in square, arch or cathedral.
- Sable: This is going to be the stain of the door. Doors can come in either painted (white, gray or black), stained, or just natural which would have no stain or paint. You can also add a glaze to any door style depending on your preferences.
- Maple: Maple is what the actual wood is of the cabinet door. There are multiple different kinds of wood to choose from, the most popular being maple, oak or cherry.
The countertops are granite, and the granite is called Uba Tuba. Uba Tuba is probably one of our most popular countertop choices. These particular countertops have a standard edge profile. There are a few different edges that you can choose from when it comes to your countertops: bevel, eased, demi-bullnose, bullnose, ogee, or waterfall.
Now let's move onto the tile work. There are two different tile elements to this kitchen remodel, the backsplash and the flooring. The flooring is called Esta Villa in Terrace Beige. This specific tile comes in 18x18 pieces, which helps give the space the airy look because the tiles are larger. The backsplash is Rhomboid Cushion in Vintage Fantasy. This backsplash really helps tie in the whole space because it has the different shades of tan.
I would love to know what you think of this kitchen remodel, share with me in the comments!
Till next time,
