One of the biggest reasons why chef faucets are so popular is due to the celebrity chef lifestyle that's so often portrayed in TV. And because of that, people want their own kitchens to look like the ones they see on TV, or at least resembling restaurant quality. As mentioned before in other posts, the hands-free and electronic lifestyle is also another reason why chef faucets are the "it" thing. With that being said, it's no wonder why companies started implementing them to their higher end appliances in which chef faucets apply. Below are some options of chef faucets with some featuring the latest technology of hands-free and/or electronic qualities.
MOEN: Their Align faucet resembles the typical look of a chef faucet with the industrial look that has the pull down hose and multi-functional spray wand. It even comes with fingerprint and water-spot resistant finishes!
HANSGROHE: Their Axor Citterio faucet is actually 2 sprays and it features a 360 swivel range so you can really be flexible with it! The 2 sprays are a needle and laminar patterns and the faucet comes in chrome and steel optic finishes.
BRIZO: Their Artesso single handle faucet is for those who prefer simplicity. The only feature is an on/off touch operation, that's it! It comes in 4 different finishes from chrome to polished nickel.
GROHE: This company actually came out with a new line recently called the K7 which is a pro-level line. Within that line they have the Semi-Pro Medium faucet. It has a pull-down spray as well as a 140 degree swivel arm. It only comes in chrome or super steel finishes.
AMERICAN STANDARD: The Beale pull-down faucet doesn't quite have the industrial inspired look to it but it's still a great faucet nonetheless. This one has hands-free technology but it gives the option for the user to use the hands-free mode or the manual one.
KOHLER: Their Tournant faucet really packs a punch! It has a 1.5 gpm (gallon per minute) flow rate, 3 funtion pull-down spray in which the head has a magnetic docking and comes in 3 finishes!
