Alright, when you remove all of your products from the shower, the first thing you're going to want to do is to spray down your shower with your cleaner (try and get one with bleach in it for the mold). Let the cleaner sit there while you clean the rest of your bathroom. This will make you have to scrub just a little bit less!
After the cleaner has soaked for a while you are going to want to have some pretty abrasive scrub brushes - get to scrubbing! Yes, I know this part really sucks but there is not really an easier way to get the soap scum off the shower walls and floor. For the corners of your bathtub, you are probably going to want to use a toothbrush.
Get one of those removable shower heads. It makes cleaning the shower so much easier because you can reach all the walls. Plus this type of fixture is great for cleaning yourself, the kids and the pets better.
Don't forget the drain! Make sure you clean out the drain after it is all said and down. Lots of hair gets caught in there and it makes for a very unpleasant shower when you have to stand in your dirty water!
