Design to Your Liking
FIRST, we find out what you need and want. We learn about you, what you
like, what you don't like so we can design according to your taste and
lifestyle. We gather this information through a questionnaire that
outlines everything you need to think about when designing your project. During the consult we measure your kitchen and get to know you and your lifestyle so we can narrow down the preference among our large selection of cabinets and accessories. We understand decisions and choices can be overwhelming, that's why we are here to help. We then provide a complimentary design and estimate that works within your budget but at the same time creates a design that really delivers what you want.
Educate You Through the Process
The first thing we educate about is our products. We've observed that it is difficult for clients to make decisions if they are unaware of the differences regarding cabinet wood species or natural stone tops. Many times there are terms within this industry that our clients misunderstand, so we like to clear those up. We want them to be fully aware of what they are getting so they feel comfortable with the choices they make. We also outline the process for them, let them know what to prepare for and what to expect. It makes the client feel less stress and more at ease to know exactly what will happen and why.
Communicating Throughout the Project
There is consistent message we hear from clients and that is appreciation for our constant communication with them to keep them in the loop. Let's face it, it's a lot of work to coordinate everyone needed to put together your dream kitchen. We understand that can be overwhelming. We stay in communication with you and all of the subcontractors through the process to ensure it goes smoothly and expediently.
