Hi everyone! We've officially entered the time of year where so many people want their remodel completed by the holidays.
I'll let you in on a little secret: Cabinet companies know that this push for remodels exist and thus offer enticing offers so you choose to use their company versus a competitor.
One of these companies is KraftMaid. Around here, we call KraftMaid "America's Sweetheart" because of how well-known it is. KraftMaid is available at Lowes and Home Depot whereas our other lines aren't available at big box stores.
And right now, KraftMaid is offering one of those enticing sales right now!
If you're hoping to have new cabinets by Thanksgiving, KraftMaid maaaaay not be your best option. Ultimately, all cabinet lines have different lead times (aka how long it takes to get to you from the time we place the order). KraftMaid's lead time is 4-6 weeks, which is pretty standard for a lot of the cabinet lines we carry.
Does this still sound good for you and are you still interested?
Oh you are still interested? Awesome!
You may be wondering if there's anything you can do to ensure that you get those cabinets delivered before Christmas. The answer is YES, there are ways for the ordering process to go quicker.
First, you're going to want to have measurements (including ceiling height) of the room that you want the cabinets in. If you're communicating to us via e-mail, we also request (and like) to have pictures of what the area currently looks like. We're visuals, after all!
Second, but not necessarily required, is to give us a part list of the cabinets you're looking for. A part's list is basically a bunch of letter's and numbers combined that detail what cabinet you're using and what size it is.
Third, you're going to want to have the style of your door and finish picked out already. KraftMaid's website offers this information for you. Just make sure that your door style is available in the finish you want!
Fourth, tell us that this is a cabinet sale only. The process differs a little bit when we are the one's doing the install and truthfully, it can take a little bit longer. Having either a handyman or cabinet installer do the job means you don't have to wait for our schedule. You'll either pick the cabinets up from our warehouse or tell us that you want them delivered to your home. It's definitely the quicker option!!!
And while we're still talking about KraftMaid...
